Cindy Spann – Sandestin Closing Manager

Cindy is a Florida licensed title agent who has over fifteen years experience in the title industry as well as fifteen years of banking and mortgage experience.  She is originally from Dothan, Alabama.

 

 

Erin Kennedy – Erin KennedyClosing Assistant

Erin grew up in Houston, Texas but spent her summers here in Destin, Florida. She relocated to Destin full time in 1995. She has eight years of title experience, working with a seasoned real estate attorney.

 

 

Lane Wood – Attorney & General Manager

Lane Wood’s practice focuses on real estate development, transactions and finance, as well as the purchase and sale of business enterprises. Prior professional experience includes service in the freight industry (as a district manager for a Teamster unionized common carrier with national and international operations). Also experienced with venture-capital small business start-ups as an entrepreneur in the real estate publishing and marketing industry.

Privacy Policy: We collect nonpublic personal information about a client only from the client of from other sources with the client’s prior authorization. For instance, in the course of providing real estate closing services, we often collect information about clients (e.g., name, address, telephone number, social security number and assets), and we may receive additional information from third parties (e.g., appraisals, credit reports and land surveys). We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about a client or former client to anyone except as required or permitted by law or as authorized in advance by the client. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about each client to those employees of our firm who need to know that information to provide the services the client has requested. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable federal regulations to guard the nonpublic personal information about our clients.
