Cindy Spann – Sandestin Closing Manager

Cindy is a Florida licensed title agent who has over fifteen years experience in the title industry as well as fifteen years of banking and mortgage experience.  She is originally from Dothan, Alabama.

 

 

Stacey Lacasse – Closing Assistant

Stacey is a licensed Florida Community Association Manager with over 15 years of real estate property management.  She is originally from Salem, New Hampshire.

 

 

Lane Wood – Attorney & General Manager

Lane Wood’s practice focuses on real estate development, transactions and finance, as well as the purchase and sale of business enterprises. Prior professional experience includes service in the freight industry (as a district manager for a Teamster unionized common carrier with national and international operations). Also experienced with venture-capital small business start-ups as an entrepreneur in the real estate publishing and marketing industry.
